Membership Terms & Conditions
Effective: March 1, 2025
Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") carefully before using FlexHaus Wellness' stretch therapy services and ("Site"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any related content. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

All membership benefits are for active members in good standing during the term of their membership.

Membership Services
All memberships options are as follows:

Tier 1 - One 60 min Massage (Monthly)

Tier 2 - Two 60 min Massage (Monthly)
-
Tier 3 - One 60 min Massage and 60 min Stretch (Monthly)
*All services includes unlimited complimentary add ons

Credit Privileges
-
Members may rollover any unused services to the following month for up to 6 months.

Upon termination of your month to month membership, accumulated member service packages expire and are non-refundable 90 days after you cancel your membership, accumulated member services expire 90 days after the last day of a Prepaid Term Membership.
Transferring Credits
Members can transfer up to three service credits in a 6-month period to non-members including friend or family member in the form of a gift certificate. Gifted credits will expire 6 months after date transferred.
Membership Freeze Option

A membership may be frozen for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months for a fee of $10 a month.

The accumulated fees from freezing your account will be applied to the month the membership is reactivated.

Memberships can only be frozen two times in a 12 month period for a maximum of 3 months at a time. A membership must be unfrozen a minimum of 30 days before it can be frozen again.

Freezing a membership is completely at the discretion of manager, based on individual circumstances.
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
FlexHaus Wellness must be notified about any changes in address, contact information and/or credit card information.
You have the right to receive a notice in the event that we make any change to the terms and conditions of your membership that will vary the amount to be periodically billed to your account specified above. Except as expressly provided herein, we may modify our services or the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time without notice and such modifications shall be deemed effective immediately upon making such changes​

Payment Policy

Payments are processed on the 1st of every month with the card on file.

If a client cancels their membership, payments will stop 30 days after the termination notice.

If the 1st of the month falls within the 30-day notice period, the client will be charged for that month, and the membership will officially end the following month.

If the payment declines the client has 7 days to update payment information or the service will be suspended and no credits will be issued.

You may upgrade to a longer session for an additional charge, as long as there is available time.

Membership Termination Policy

A 30-day notice is required to cancel services.
-
Clients are eligible to join only twice per calendar year.

Session Cancellation/No-Shows Policy
To provide the best service for all clients, we ask for your understanding of our cancellation policy:

24-Hour Notice: Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment.

One-Time Courtesy Exception: Life happens—we offer a one-time exception for late cancellations or no-shows without any penalty.

Fee for Late Cancellations/No-Shows: After your one-time exception, a $30 fee will be charged for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or for missed appointments.

Reschedule Policy
For our members, please follow these guidelines for rescheduling:

12-Hour Notice: Members must provide at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Rescheduling: All rescheduling must be done by reaching out to us directly, regardless of timing.

Late Arrival Policy
To ensure we stay on schedule for all clients, please note the following:

If you arrive late for your appointment, your session time will be adjusted accordingly, and your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

This policy allows us to honor the appointments of all clients.

Full payment for the session will still be required, regardless of the shortened time.

Modification and Termination
FlexHaus Wellness may modify or discontinue any part of its services at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

Refund Policy

All purchased services are final and non-refundable.

If a client is unable to use their services, they may transfer the remaining credit to a gift certificate for someone else to enjoy.

Tipping Policy
Tips are not included in the price of our services. Please feel free to tip as you feel is appropriate based on your experience.
The following is under the responsibility of the client:

It is the responsibility of the client to keep the clinic informed of any current medical conditions or any changes in health and provide written permission (if under care) from a physician to the clinic before each session.

The client will come to the massage therapy appointment clean.

If any pain or discomfort is experienced during the session, the client will immediately communicate with the therapist so the treatment can be adjusted.

Sickness--both the therapists and client are vulnerable to infections. Therefore, clients and the therapist are asked to reschedule appointments when they are feeling unwell.

For the comfort of the therapist and other clients who may have allergies, please refrain from wearing perfume or fragranced products to your appointment.

Payment is due in full at the time of service--cash, check, or credit card

Sexual advances of any kind will not be tolerated and the session will be terminated immediately.

*FlexHaus Wellness reserves the right to modify/change rules, regulations, services and pricing with reasonable notice.
*No person will be denied admission based upon race, religion or appearance. No children under the age of 18 will be able to receive any service without the express written consent of their parent or guardian. For children 15 and under (or where required by state law), a parent or guardian MUST remain in the treatment room and for all minor children the parent must remain on premises during services.
Guests must follow rules and regulations. FlexHaus Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason.
