Membership Terms at a Glance
To keep things simple and transparent, here are the key details to know:
Payments are processed on the 1st of every month using the card on file.
30-day notice is required to cancel membership.
If the 1st falls within the 30-day notice period, the final payment will still process and membership will end the following month.
Unused services may roll over up to 6 months.
After cancellation, accumulated member services expire 90 days after cancellation.
Members may transfer up to three service credits within a 6-month period to a non-member as a gift certificate.
Gifted credits expire 6 months after transfer.
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Membership may be frozen 1–3 months for $10/month, subject to approval.
If a payment declines, payment must be updated within 7 days or services are suspended and no credits are issued.
Longer sessions may be available for an additional charge when time allows.
Clients are eligible to join a membership up to two times per calendar year.
